Detailed Summary
In order to create a Motion Tween, you must first open up Flash. Create a new file (ActionScript 3.0 is most preferable) and then you must make or draw and object. For now just click the Oval Tool in the tools column. Go to your Stage in flash and click and hold your mouse button and move it to another part of the stage (be sure the object does not take more than half the stage). A circle is made and now is ready to be modified. Be sure that you have clicked your Selection Tool and selected your circle before starting. In the Menu Bar on the top of your Flash document, click on Insert and click Motion Tween. Be sure to click the ok button to convert it to a motion tween layer. After that, select your circle and move it to another part of your stage. A Motion Path should appear from your starting point to the point where you move your object. Click enter to see your motion tween. If you look at the Timeline in the bottom of your document while your object is moving. You can see each Frame that passes by the timeline, while the Playhead is moving. The playhead lets you see each frame of each object you made by selecting it and moving it side to side to see each frame passing per second. Now lets add a Filter to your circle. Be sure you have selected your object. Go to your Properties Panel and click on filters. Go to the bottom right of the the filters panel and click on add filter. Click on Bevel, and modify however you want for your object. The filters give an added effect to your object so it can look sheik and pop out from ordinary ones. To add a Motion Preset to your object, be sure you have selected your object, you must first remove all of your filters for the motion preset to work. Go to your motion preset panel, and click on default preset. Choose a preset you would like to add to your object, and then click on apply in the bottom right corner. The motion preset allows you to also give an added effect to your object to make a terrific scene.

Arising "Index"
"The way I am going to design my website will be....."
There I "typed" it. Anyway the way my website *slash* index page will have the CSS style sheet and will probably put a Table for organization or just to put info. Will have the same theme like the other sites, either black or a cool background, will have an introductory music for the users pleasure (Or just to make it cool), some text a little info of me and where to contact me, probably some external sites that relate to my particular topic, and even a add-on that others have not discovered or will discover ;>. So theres my site, its going to be kind of hard, it will turn out slick and sheik (saw it in the dictionary, it means cool), and hopefully I will turn it in on time.
